Classroom Enhancement for Student Advancement works on the enhancement of the classroom by empowering that outstanding educator with the knowledge, skills and support needed to sustain and further develop their practices to ensure the success and advancement of all of their students.

We at CESA are passionate about supporting teachers and educators in the important work of educating all of today’s students. We know that all those involved in the educational process have a desire to do their best each and every day but are often faced with unique challenges that can prohibit the full realization of their goals.

We are dedicated to supporting teachers and schools as they work to address their unique challenges by analyzing and building upon their current practices, by designing supports that are individualized to help enhance the instructional environment, and by providing targeted strategies that will successfully help them obtain high achievement for all students.

There are no cookie-cutter development packages. We work with the client to assess their current needs and design individualized supports that are developed to target, address, and alleviate or greatly reduce the impact of those challenges on their personal and professional success.

Services

CESA specializes in providing individualized support to teachers and schools as they work to advance and enhance their current practices.

The focus of support is on addressing the individual needs of the classroom teacher and/or school personnel while focusing on the unique needs of the students in which they serve. By customizing the support provided to each individual, the goal of CESA is to ensure that every client feels empowered to perform at his/her highest level without feeling unprepared, overwhelmed, discouraged, or dehumanized.

The supports strongly emphasize curriculum development and alignment (planning, instruction, and assessment development), effective classroom management and the building of a conducive learning environment and the development of personal relationships that help all students reach their full potential.

Our process is created to A-C-T in the best interest of the classroom, for teachers and students alike.
